Novia Bachmid merupakan penyanyi jebolan Indonesian Idol X yang berasal dari Sulawesi Utara. Wanita kelahiran 19 Januari 2002 tersebut rupanya sudah memulai karir bernyanyi sejak berumur 10 tahun, lho! Novia sempat mengikuti 3 ajang pencarian bakat yaitu Idola Cilik Season 4, The Voice Indonesia Season 3, dan yang terakhir Indonesian Idol X sampai masuk 10 besar.

Nama Novia juga santer terdengar berkat karya terbarunya bersama Alffy Rev dalam rangka merayakan Hari Kemerdekaan Indonesia pada 17 Agustus 2021 lalu. Nama Novia trending di media sosial karena penampilannya dalam video “Wonderland Indonesia” yang sempat viral Agustus lalu.

Bernaung di label musik HITS Records, Novia sempat merilis single “Ingin Jatuh Cinta” pada 18 September 2020. Terus menghadirkan penampilan baru untuk menghibur penggemar, kali ini Novia merilis music video “Before Night Falls” yang merupakan OST Menjelang Magrib. Menjelang Magrib adalah film horor karya Helfi Kardit yang dibintangi oleh Novia Bachmid.
